Monsoon (Mid-July onwards): Heavy rains bring risks of landslides and roadblocks. Essential items include waterproof shoes, raincoats, extra socks, and flashlights.

Winter (October to March): Temperatures drop significantly, often below freezing, with heavy snowfall. The temple closes in late October or early November.

Gangotri Weather

Summer (April to May): Pleasant during the day, but nights can be cold. Temperatures range from 4°C to 25°C. Pack woolen clothes, sunscreen, hats, and comfortable shoes.

Monsoon (July onwards): Heavy rains increase the risk of landslides and delays. Carry rain gear and check for road updates. Helicopter services may be disrupted.

Winter (October to March): Temperatures drop drastically, and the temple closes in late November. The deity is moved to Mukhwa Village near Harshil.

Kedarnath Weather

Summer (Late April to June): Best time to visit, though temperatures remain cool, often between 2°C and the low 20s. Sudden weather changes are common. Pack woolen clothing, walking sticks, and other essentials.

Badrinath Weather
