It is essential to make hotel bookings in advance.

Pack snacks to be prepared for long traffic delays or possible landslides.

Bring a raincoat/umbrella, a torch, and only essential luggage.

Ensure you have adequate winter clothing as it can get chilly in Harsil, Kedarnath, and Badrinath.

Important Notes:

• We reserve the right to modify the itinerary based on client requirements, accommodation availability, or other factors.
• Any changes to the original booking must be submitted to us in writing.
• Due to the high volume of travelers during the yatra season, traffic jams, diversions, and restrictions imposed by authorities are common.
• Traffic movement during the yatra season is permitted only between 5 AM and 8 PM. If passengers are delayed due to traffic congestion or landslides beyond our control and cannot reach their booked hotel, they will need to cover the expenses for their stay that night.
• Any increase in hotel rates will result in a revision of the package cost. Changes to train or flight schedules that require itinerary modifications will incur additional costs, which will be communicated separately and paid by the guest.
• Additional transfer charges will apply if group members arrive or depart separately from the group.
• The package does not include meals not specified. Meals required during transfers, sightseeing, or day trips will be charged additionally, based on actual costs (if applicable).
• Accommodation in Kedarnath will be on a basic and shared basis.
• The rates provided are valid only for the specified dates.
• Budget hotels in India offer very basic facilities and accommodations in most locations.
• In cases of immigration or visa issues, the full cancellation policy will apply.
• Please note that VIP Darshan is mandatory for same-day visits to Kedarnath Temple via helicopter, with a fee of INR 2500 per person, as determined by the temple committee.
• Kindly avoid comparing the services of mountain hotels with those in plain areas. However, we ensure the use of the best available accommodations at all destinations.
• Carrying a valid photo ID (Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) is mandatory.
• Go High Travels is not liable for rescheduling flights or hotel accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances. Guests will need to make payments directly, but our team is always available to assist.
• All sightseeing activities are subject to weather, traffic, or political conditions at the destination. The management reserves the right to modify the itinerary as needed.
